1. Shipping Costs

URVELL offers free standard shipping on all orders delivered within Germany.

Expedited shipping options may be available during checkout for an additional fee. All shipping costs are clearly displayed before payment, and there are no hidden charges.


2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Once an order is placed, customers will receive an order confirmation email. When the order has been processed and dispatched, a separate shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent.

Orders are processed on business days only and exclude weekends and public holidays.


3. Delivery Times

After dispatch, most orders arrive within approximately 5–14 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier operations, seasonal demand, weather conditions, customs procedures, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

While we always strive to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur during peak periods.


4. Order Tracking

Every order includes full shipment tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number and tracking link will be provided by email.

Tracking information may require a short period to become active after dispatch. If your tracking information has not updated within 7 business days, please contact us at kontakt@urvell.de and we will investigate the shipment.


5. Fulfilment & Logistics

To provide efficient service and optimise delivery times, customer orders may be fulfilled through our logistics network operating in Germany, China, and the United States.

Regardless of fulfilment location, all products are subject to the same strict quality control standards, inspection procedures, and packaging requirements before dispatch. This logistics structure allows inventory to be routed through the most efficient fulfilment centre available, helping to improve operational efficiency and reduce delivery times whenever possible.

All orders are shipped using reinforced and tamper-evident packaging designed to protect products during transit.


6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For orders delivered within Germany, customers generally will not be required to pay additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.

If any unforeseen government-imposed fees, taxes, or charges become applicable, such costs remain the responsibility of the customer. We strive to maintain transparency regarding shipping and delivery costs and do not intentionally impose hidden fees.


7. Delivery Issues

If your order is lost, significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or cannot be successfully delivered, please contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@urvell.de.

Where a shipment is confirmed as lost, damaged, or affected by a fulfilment error, customers may choose either a free replacement or a full refund.

Our team will investigate delivery issues promptly and work to achieve a fair and efficient resolution.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to update the information before dispatch.

Once a parcel has entered transit, address changes or redirections may no longer be possible.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will arrange a reshipment at no additional shipping charge once the package has been successfully returned to our logistics network.
