We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product colours, textures, and descriptions. However, actual colours and appearances may vary depending on device screens, lighting conditions, and manufacturing variations. Such differences do not constitute defects.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, replace, or remove products from sale at any time without prior notice.

All prices displayed on our website are listed in Euro (€).
We reserve the right to update prices, promotional offers, and product information at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and provide the customer with the option to place a new order at the correct price.
Payments are securely processed through Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal Wallet.
Promotional offers, discounts, and coupon codes may not be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.
6. Orders & Contract Formation
An order placed through our website constitutes an offer to purchase products from URVELL.
A legally binding contract is formed only when the customer receives a dispatch confirmation email indicating that the order has been accepted and shipped.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, pricing inaccuracies, abuse of promotions, or other legitimate business concerns.
7. Cancellations
Due to our fast-paced fulfilment process, orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase and only if they have not yet been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. Customers must wait for delivery and follow the procedures outlined in our Return & Refund Policy if they wish to return eligible items.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
8. Intellectual Property
All content available on the URVELL website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, website design, software, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to URVELL and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
